....Sooo about three days ago I finally broke the triple digits! I have been working so hard to break the hundreds I Felt like crying! I haven't been in the double digits for over two years now!
To make this possible, I needed to not let myself get upset about stalling and just keep moving through everything and pushing harder each day, not just physically but mentally with control of what exactly enters my mouth!
Now i am not a drinker at all, but whilst on holiday for 5 days I will admit I did spend majority of the time drinking! Big no no! When I returned to Brisbane I found I had gained 3.7 kilos in 5 days! That's mental.
This week just past i have been continuing to live off fresh salmon baked in tin foil in the oven with no oil or salts, and boiled asparagus. One night this week I allowed myself to have a chicken Kiev and my gosh it was amazing. I also had a hens weekend away which was absolutely amazing, and went out clubbing for the first time in 4 years & im sure the only thing I actually ate was a bite of a kebab haha! Again, terrible weekend for my weightloss drinking excessively on the Saturday night.
I have decided I am wanting to make my journey very public as I hope I can encourage and help females out there who are struggling! Just with the most recent amount of new followers and the amount of DM's I have received in the past 24 hours I felt like I can't explain everything in one Instagram photo caption - hence the new blog!
